Better to use shorter and descriptive chapter titles, so viewers can get an idea about the chapter.

In the next line, enter the timestamp of your next chapter when it is going to start, and so on.

If the next chapter starts at 1minut 20secsond then enter 1:20 give space then the chapter name.
